The short version

A practice needs five things online: a fast site with a page per major treatment, an active Google Business Profile, consistent listings, a steady flow of reviews, and, when the margins justify it, tightly run ads. Everything else is optional.

Where the complexity comes from

Agencies price by the line item, so they add line items. Brand workshops, quarterly strategy decks, social listening, funnel audits. Some of it is useful for a national brand. Almost none of it changes how many people in your town book an appointment this month.

What to do instead

Ask any agency, including us, which three things they did last month that produced patients. If the answer is a report rather than a list, that is your answer.
