How we work

Simple on purpose.

Agencies have a habit of over-complicating marketing so they can charge more than the work is worth. We run things the other way.

  1. 01

    A short call

We look at your site, listings, reviews and ads next to the practice down the street, and walk you through a short view of where you stand today and where we think we can help.

  2. 02

A written plan with a number

What we will do, in what order, and what it costs. If it is a website, that is the price. If it is a monthly service, that is the monthly fee. Anything custom beyond that, we quote before we start.

  3. 03

    We do the work

The people you met on the call do the work. There is no account manager layer. You will get a question from us when we need something and silence when we do not.

  4. 04

    You see the numbers

Monthly performance reporting in plain language: calls, bookings, rankings, spend. If something is not working, we say so.

What we promise

  • Clear pricing. Projects are quoted by scope and the number in the plan is the number on the invoice. Custom work beyond scope is billed hourly, agreed in advance.
  • No long-term contracts required. Monthly services run month to month. A 12-month term is an option that can reduce or waive the website fee, never a requirement.
  • You own everything. Your website, your domain, your ad accounts, your data. We will hand it all over if you ever go.
  • A real person answers. Support Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Central.

What we skip

  • Brand workshops and strategy decks that do not change what a patient sees.
  • Line items you will never use. Our Essentials plan bundles only the things every practice uses.
  • Upsells. We lay out performance and the competitive picture and let you decide.
  • Reports designed to be impressive rather than readable.
