Campaigns aimed where your practice needs them: the gateway services that drive most new patients, or the high-margin specialty work once the schedule is full
Calls and bookings tracked as conversions, so you can see what the spend produced
Local Services Ads run alongside, with the Google Guaranteed badge and lead disputes handled
Gateway services first, specialty work when you are ready
Most new patients come in through a handful of gateway services, the everyday treatments that drive the bulk of new-patient volume. A newer practice, or one that needs the schedule filled, gets its ad budget pointed there. An established practice that already attracts enough new patients can shift ads and SEO toward the high-margin and specialty procedures it wants more of. We decide with you, based on where the practice is, and we revisit it as things change.
Ads that are accountable
Most practice ad accounts leak. Broad keywords, no conversion tracking, nobody watching the search terms. We run it the other way: narrow campaigns around the treatments worth paying for, calls and bookings tracked as conversions, and a weekly look at what is actually producing.
How we run an account
- Start clean. We usually build a new account for you inside our agency account; we can take over an existing one if you prefer, but a clean slate is faster and tidier.
- Build around the two or three treatments worth paying for.
- Send the traffic to your service pages. We build those to work for search and for ads, so the site stays simple. A dedicated landing page is an option when a campaign calls for it.
- Track calls, forms and bookings as conversions.
- Optimize weekly and report monthly in plain language.
Local Services Ads
For eligible practices, Local Services Ads are often the cheapest source of new-patient calls: top of the page, Google Guaranteed badge, pay per lead. The setup is paperwork-heavy and the ongoing work is mostly discipline, reviewing leads, disputing the ones that should not count, and adjusting budget. We handle all of it, on its own or alongside your Google Ads campaign, and send the lead data to a report you can open any time.
Google Ads: questions people ask
What budget do we need?
It depends on the treatment and the market. A single-location practice targeting one or two treatments usually gets traction with a moderate monthly budget; we will tell you on the call if your budget is too small to be worth running.
What do you charge?
A one-time setup fee, which we waive with a six-month commitment, and a monthly management fee that scales with your ad budget, with a minimum at each tier. We walk you through the exact numbers on the call and they are written into your plan.
What are Local Services Ads?
Local Services Ads sit at the very top of Google for local searches, carry the Google Guaranteed badge, and charge per lead rather than per click. Dental, orthodontic and several medical categories are eligible in most US markets. We check your eligibility on the call and can run them with or without a regular Google Ads campaign.
Do you do call tracking?
We use the call tracking Google provides inside Google Ads, which reports calls as conversions. That tells you the thing that matters most: whether the ads are working. Tracking calls from other channels is more directional, so we do not set it up by default, but we can if you ask.
