Review management
Review management that gets real patients to leave real reviews
Two levels of review management for practices: reviews shown on your website, or a full platform for requesting, managing and sharing reviews.

Your reviews shown on your website, on a reviews page and in a pop-up widget
A steady stream of new Google reviews when you add the advanced plan
Unhappy patients reach you privately before they reach Google, if you want it that way
How it works
After a visit, the patient gets a short text or email with a direct link to leave a review. That is the whole trick. The volume comes from asking everyone, consistently, without the front desk having to remember.
With the advanced plan, every review from Google and the review tool lands in one place, you respond from there, and your best ones can be shared to social media and your Google Business Profile with a click.
Whatever you earn shows up on your website automatically, on a reviews page and in a pop-up widget, so a prospective patient sees it without leaving your site. That part is included for every practice on the Essentials plan.
Review management: questions people ask
Is it OK to ask patients for reviews?
Yes. You may ask every patient; you may not offer anything in exchange or filter who gets asked. Our requests go to everyone, which is both compliant and the thing that produces the most reviews.
What is the difference between basic and advanced?
Basic displays the reviews you already have on your website. Advanced is the full review management tool: requests, a central inbox for every review, responses, sharing, and the optional gatekeeping flow. Basic is included in the Essentials plan; advanced is priced on its own.
Do reviews go straight to Google?
Your choice. Requests can send patients directly to your Google review page, or through our review tool first. In the tool, the patient rates the visit; a happy patient is prompted to post the review on Google too, and an unhappy one gets a private way to tell you what went wrong.
