Every page built around one action: book, call, or ask

You own it. No proprietary builder, no hostage fees

Why practices come to us for a website

Most practice websites fail quietly. They look fine, they cost a lot, and nobody can say what they produce. We build the opposite: a site with a job. Every page exists to get a patient to book, call or ask a question, and we measure whether it does.

Our main focus is that you feel comfortable with your website and marketing investment. We are transparent, we will not push you to spend more than you should, and we lay out the performance and the competitive landscape so you can make decisions with that in front of you.

What a build looks like

  1. Strategy call. We look at your current site, your competitors and your Google Business Profile, then agree on a page plan and a price.
  2. Content first. We draft the copy for every page before design starts, so the design serves the words rather than hiding thin content behind stock photos.
  3. Design and build. Clean, mobile first, fast, accessible. We keep design simple: your logo, your colors, your brand, without the over-designed showcase some agencies specialize in. If that is what you want, there are agencies that do it well; it is not what we do.
  4. Launch and measure. We connect booking links, forms and call tracking so they work with your existing systems, set up GA4 properly, and watch the first 30 days.

What it costs

The strategy call ends with a number in writing. Most practices pair the site with our Essentials plan, one monthly fee that covers hosting and management, listing management, reviews on your site and the accessibility widget. Google Ads and advanced review management are priced on their own, and we quote any custom work before we start.

Websites: questions people ask

How much does a practice website cost with Hand Held Page?

We price by the page plan we agree on in the strategy call, not by the hour, and the number does not move once we have agreed on it. In some cases we can waive the development fee, especially with a 12-month commitment. Otherwise it can be paid up front or spread across your first 12 months of monthly billing.

How long does it take?

A typical practice site goes from kickoff to launch in four to six weeks. The pace is set by how quickly we get photos, bios and approvals from your side.

Do we keep the website if we leave?

Yes. The site, the domain and the content are yours. We will hand everything over and make it easy on our end; moving it is something you or your new agency would do. We do not hold websites hostage.

Will you connect the site to our practice software or CRM?

We build forms, booking links and call tracking so they work well with the systems you already use, and we point them where you tell us. We do not manage or integrate your CRM itself.

Ready to see what simple, well-run marketing can do?

A short call. We bring a quick look at where your practice stands today and where we think we can help. You leave with a clear read on what to do first and what it would cost.
